BELOW: With all the extra weight of the water residing inside the house and against the exterior walls, it pushed the floor joist away from the center support. The photos show how we creatively remedied that major structural issue using cumberlong straps.

LEFT: This photo shows saw cutting through an existing concrete slab for our new plumbing lines. By cutting first before jackhammering, we allow a nice and clean blend between the new and existing slabs.
BELOW: These two photos show the new plumbing installation and proper preparation for the new 4" concrete slab to be poured. |
BELOW: The ceiling is being dropped along with a whole new subfloor. The slab has been completed and thus begins the plumbing installs. You can also see the new rakes added on the exterior.
